Advertiser Agreement
This agreement governs businesses running campaigns on KLOOP — from brand messages and banners to creator sponsorships and show sponsorships.
1.Account approval
Advertiser accounts are reviewed before activation. We verify business identity and category. Certain categories (gambling, alcohol, political) face additional restrictions or are refused.
2.Campaign review
Every campaign and creative is reviewed by KLOOP before going live. We may reject or pause campaigns that violate our policies, mislead viewers, or damage creator trust.
3.Placements
Campaigns may run as pre-play brand messages, under-player banners, sidebar cards, homepage features, or creator/show sponsorships, as agreed at booking.
4.Brand safety
Ads are matched respecting creators' allowed advertiser categories. We do not guarantee adjacency to specific content unless a direct sponsorship is booked.
5.Pricing and billing
Pricing follows the booked model (fixed budget, daily budget, CPM on qualified views, or flat sponsorship). Amounts are in Rwandan Francs and exclusive of taxes unless stated.
6.Reporting
You receive campaign metrics — impressions, qualified views, clicks and watch time. Metrics exclude traffic our fraud systems invalidate.
7.Creative standards
Creatives must be truthful, comply with Rwandan advertising law, avoid prohibited content, and carry required disclosures (e.g., promotions, health claims).
8.Cancellation
Draft and pending campaigns can be cancelled anytime. Active flat sponsorships are non-refundable once flighted; budget campaigns are charged only for delivered spend.
9.Liability
You are responsible for the content of your creatives and landing pages, and indemnify KLOOP and its creators against related claims.
10.Term
This agreement applies while you hold an advertiser account and to any campaign booked under it.
