KLOOP Legal
Creator Agreement
This agreement applies to everyone who publishes content on KLOOP as an approved creator. It supplements the Terms of Service.
1.Approval
Creator accounts require application and approval. We review identity, content samples and audience fit. Approval may be withdrawn for sustained guideline violations.
2.Content ownership
You keep full ownership of your content. You grant KLOOP a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, promote and clip your content on and off the platform.
3.Your commitments
You confirm you own or have licensed all rights in what you upload (including music), that your content follows the Community Guidelines, and that disclosures for paid promotions are accurate.
4.Review before publishing
All uploads pass through moderation review before going live. We aim to review within 24 hours; timelines are not guaranteed.
5.Monetization
Monetization is enabled per-creator after approval. Earnings accrue from campaign revenue sharing, sponsorships and, in future, subscriptions — as described in the Monetization Policy.
6.Founding creators
Founding creators may have individually negotiated terms (revenue share, guarantees, referral incentives) documented in a separate signed contract that prevails over this agreement where they conflict.
7.Brand safety choices
You control which advertiser categories may appear with your content. KLOOP will honor these preferences in ad matching.
8.Exclusivity
This agreement is non-exclusive. You may publish elsewhere unless a separate contract says otherwise. Distribution of KLOOP Originals off-platform requires written approval.
9.Termination
Either party may end this agreement with 30 days' notice. Accrued earnings above the payout minimum are paid out on the normal schedule after termination.
10.Liability and indemnity
You are responsible for claims arising from your content, including copyright and defamation claims, and agree to indemnify KLOOP against them.
