Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of KLOOP — Rwanda's creator streaming platform — including our website, apps and related services.
1.Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using KLOOP, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use KLOOP, and at least 18 to open a creator or advertiser account. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended.
3.Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4.Content on KLOOP
Videos and shows on KLOOP are owned by the creators who publish them. KLOOP receives a license to host, distribute and promote that content on the platform.
5.Acceptable use
You may not scrape, redistribute, rip streams, circumvent tracking or access controls, manipulate view counts, or use KLOOP in any way that breaks Rwandan law.
6.Premium features
Some shows and videos may be marked Premium. Subscription tiers are being introduced progressively; pricing and terms will be published before billing begins.
7.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time.
8.Disclaimers
KLOOP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
9.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLOOP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kigali.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
