Payout Policy
When and how creators get paid what they've earned on KLOOP.
1.Payout methods
Payouts are made in Rwandan Francs via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or bank transfer. Set your payout method in the Creator Studio.
2.Minimum threshold
The minimum payout is 50,000 RWF. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next cycle.
3.Schedule
Payouts run monthly. Earnings finalized by the last day of a month are eligible in the following month's run.
4.Approval flow
Each payout is generated from pending earnings, approved by KLOOP finance, then paid with a payment reference you can verify in the Studio.
5.Verification
Identity verification and a valid payout method are required before your first payout. Names on payout accounts must match the verified identity.
6.Holds
We may hold payouts during active fraud investigations, unresolved copyright strikes, or where required by law. Held amounts are released or forfeited when the case closes.
7.Errors and adjustments
Report payout discrepancies within 60 days. Verified errors are corrected in the next cycle; overpayments may be offset against future earnings.
8.Fees
KLOOP covers standard MoMo and domestic bank transfer fees. Any receiving-side or currency conversion fees are borne by the creator.
9.Dormant balances
If an account is terminated for cause, unpaid earnings tied to violations are forfeited; legitimate remaining balances above the threshold are paid out on the normal schedule.
