KLOOP Legal
Community Guidelines
KLOOP is a stage for Rwandan creativity. These guidelines keep it a place creators are proud to publish on and brands are safe to sponsor.
1.Respect people
No harassment, bullying, doxxing or hate speech. Content that attacks people based on ethnicity, religion, gender, disability or nationality is removed and may lead to a permanent ban.
2.Genocide ideology and divisionism
Content promoting genocide ideology, denial or divisionism is strictly prohibited, in line with Rwandan law, and is escalated to authorities where required.
3.No sexual content
Pornography and sexually explicit content are not allowed. Mature themes must be labelled with the appropriate content rating.
4.No violence or dangerous acts
Do not post gratuitous violence, or content encouraging dangerous activities, self-harm or illegal behavior.
5.Be authentic
No impersonation, misleading metadata, spam, artificial view inflation or engagement manipulation. Fraud signals lead to view invalidation and possible suspension.
6.Respect copyright
Only upload content you own or are licensed to use — including music. See our Copyright Policy for details and consequences.
7.Content ratings
Rate your uploads honestly (general, teen, mature). Mis-rated content may be re-rated, age-gated or removed by moderators.
8.Sponsored content
Paid partnerships must be disclosed with the sponsored label. Undisclosed advertising violates these guidelines and advertiser rules.
9.Reporting
Use the Report button on any video to flag a violation. Reports go to human moderators; malicious mass-reporting is itself a violation.
10.Enforcement
Depending on severity we may remove content, apply strikes, pause monetization, or suspend accounts. Creators can appeal decisions from the Studio.
